Solution — Pilot-to-Scale

Start With 10,000 Cans. Scale to 50,000 With the Same Supplier.

No long-term contracts. No hidden commitments. Pay-as-you-grow for early-stage brands that need speed without sacrificing compliance.

Why Early-Stage Brands Get Stuck

Massive MOQ before you know your market

Most factories demand 30,000–50,000 units upfront. For an unproven brand, that is a six-figure gamble on a product you have never sold.

Suppliers who treat small orders as an afterthought

When you only need 10,000 units, many manufacturers push you to the back of the queue. Deadlines slip and quality drifts.

No clear path from pilot to mass production

You find one supplier for samples, another for small runs, and a third for scaling. Each switch means re-qualification, new tooling, and lost time.

From Pilot to Scale in 5 Steps

A growth path designed for brands that want to validate before they scale.

01

Pilot Sample

Order as few as 10,000 units to test your design, closure torque, and shelf appeal before committing to larger volumes.

02

Market Validation

Run a soft launch with real consumers. Gather feedback on color, size, and branding without tying up capital in 50,000-unit dead stock.

03

Design Lock

Once you confirm demand, lock your Pantone, artwork, and mold specs. We store your tooling for immediate reactivation.

04

Scale-Up Run

Increase to 10,000, 50,000, or 100,000+ units with the same supplier, same specs, and predictable lead times.

05

Continuous Support

Dedicated account manager, real-time production photos, and post-delivery support for 90 days as you grow.

Frequently asked questions

Can I really start with just 10,000 cans?
Yes. Our pilot program is built for early-stage brands. 10,000 units is the minimum for custom-printed PP plastic snus cans. Stock-color (non-printed) pilot runs may be negotiable below 10,000 depending on current production schedule.
What is the lead time for a 10,000-unit pilot order?
From artwork approval to shipment, a 10,000-unit pilot order takes 14–18 working days. Sampling takes 7–10 days and is required before production. Samples are free; you cover shipping.
Do I need to pay for custom molds at 10,000 units?
For stock mold shapes, no tooling fee is required. If you need a fully custom shape or size, a one-time mold fee applies regardless of order size. We will quote this transparently before you commit.
How easy is it to scale from 10,000 to 50,000+?
Seamless. Because we control tooling and production in-house, scaling requires zero supplier re-qualification. Your account manager simply schedules the next production slot. Lead time remains 14–21 days at scale.
Can I change my artwork between pilot and scale-up?
Yes. Many brands refine their design after the pilot. Artwork changes between runs are billed as a new print setup fee, not a full mold change. Typical turnaround for revised artwork: 3–5 days.
What happens if my pilot does not sell?
You are not locked into any volume commitment. The pilot is a one-time order. If you decide not to scale, we simply archive your tooling at no cost for 12 months. Reactivate anytime.
