Labels That Match Your Can — Color, Curve, and Finish

Yes. Custom can labels are available as a standalone product with the same 10,000-unit MOQ. However, if you also need cans, we strongly recommend ordering both together so we can match color temperature, finish, and curvature in one workflow — eliminating the mismatch risk entirely.

We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. For raster images, PNG or TIFF at 300dpi minimum is required. Our pre-press team converts all files to print-ready separations and provides a digital proof within 48 hours.

We offer PP (water-resistant, ideal for refrigeration), coated paper (cost-effective for dry storage), and metallic substrates (premium shelf appeal). All substrates are food-contact compliant. Substrate recommendation depends on your storage conditions and brand positioning.

When labels and cans are ordered together, we produce both under the same lighting conditions and color reference standards. Pantone matching is included at no extra charge. For standalone label orders, we ask for a physical can sample or Pantone reference of the can body to calibrate our proof.

Custom can labels start at 10,000 units per design. This applies whether you order labels alone or as part of a can + label bundle. For pilot runs under 10,000 units, contact us — we may accommodate digital-print prototypes depending on schedule.

Yes. Our packaging design partners can create or refine your label artwork for an additional fee. This includes logo placement, color scheme recommendations, regulatory label layout, and die-line setup. Design services are billed separately from the label production order.
