What chemicals is HDPE compatible with?
HDPE offers excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and most household chemicals. It is not recommended for strong solvents (ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons) or essential oils. Send us your formulation for a free compatibility check.
Can the flip-top cap be locked during shipping?
Yes. The ribbed flip-top includes a tamper-evident break-band on first opening. For transit, the cap snaps closed securely and will not leak under normal handling.
Is this bottle recyclable?
Yes. The bottle and cap are both HDPE (recycling code 2) and widely recyclable. We can also supply PCR (post-consumer recycled) HDPE upon request.
Can I get this in a trigger-spray version?
Yes. We offer a 24/410 trigger-spray assembly that fits the same bottle neck. Mixed orders (flip-top and trigger) can be combined with no extra tooling.
What is the lead time for custom colors?
Custom colors ship in 20–25 days. Stock colors (White, Natural) ship in 15–18 days.
Do you offer silk-screen printing on HDPE?
Yes. HDPE accepts screen printing well with a flame pre-treatment for improved adhesion. Up to 4 colors are available.
